RVA Happy Hours was created in 2019, spurred by the repeal of the prohibition of happy hour advertising. Yes, you read that right. Before July 2019, it was legal in Virginia to have a happy hour but illegal to advertise it.

Since launching, we’ve connected close to 100,000 people looking for food and drink specials with hundreds of restaurants in the Richmond area. Our goal is to make it easier for you to find a happy hour near you and to encourage you to try new ones.
